Deliverance or “freedom ” from the enemy is a part of the overall ministry. It is about bringing spiritual victory and freedom to those who are in bondage. It doesn’t matter what you call it (demonized, possessed, oppressed, etc.). If they are in demonic bondage. Whether they need to tear down a stronghold, break up a legal ground, cast a demon out, or all three… it’s still deliverance, because it’s setting the captives free.
Through inner healing, those past wounds and trauma can be healed. Trauma can be caused by many things in life such as abuse, Rape, incest, physical abuse, etc. Especially as a youth. Any alters that may have been created from Trauma will be integrated and the core can be free.
Alters are God’s design to help us deal with this trauma. Demons like to attach themselves to these wounds and have to be cast out. They won’t leave on their own. We will cover all of this and we will move very quickly in a session. A survey will be sent out to you after you sign up for an encounter session. And also this information will expedite our session.
The Bible generally presents Jesus speaking with authority to Satan or demons: “ ‘Be gone, Satan’ ” (Matt. 4:10, ). He “rebuked the demon” (Matt. 17:18, ). He “did not allow the demons to speak” (Mark 1:34, ); “ ‘Come out of the man, you unclean spirit’ ” (Mark 5:8, ). “I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him” (Mark 9:25, KJV). “Hold thy peace, and come out of him” (Luke 4:35, KJV); and He “commanded the unclean spirit to come out of the man” (Luke 8:29, KJV). Christ issued His orders with an authoritative, even militaristic tone. As a consequence, Scripture declares, “Then the spirit cried out, and convulsed him greatly, and came out of him” (Mark 9:26, ). Prayers are a very crucial part and we must pray specific prayers because Only Jesus can restore and heal.
It is quite clear from Scripture that demonic attacks could be the cause of some disabilities (Matt. 9:32; 12:22). Thus, the combination of healing (either inner or physical) and deliverance (Mark 9:17–26; Luke 11:14) is “the key to wholeness for the demonized.”8 Here there is great need for spiritual discernment. An ailment may be a chemical imbalance requiring not deliverance by a church leader but treatment by a medical professional. It is interesting that we have no record of Jesus’ instructions to His disciples on how to cast out demons. With the possible exceptions of Matthew 12:43–45 and 17:19–21, where some insight is given. When the disciples discovered that demons were subject to them in the name and authority of Jesus. They were joyful (Luke 10:17; cf. Acts 5:16; 8:7; 16:18; 19:12). But Jesus told the disciples, “Do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you. But rejoice that your names are recorded in heaven” (Luke 10:20).
Rather than being given a specific “deliverance ministry,” we have an authority in the powerful name of Jesus. One day, John said to Jesus, “We saw someone driving out demons in your name and we told him to stop, because he was not one of us.’ ‘Do not stop him,’ Jesus said. ‘For no one who does a miracle in my name can in the next moment say anything bad about me, for whoever is not against us is for us’” (Mark 9:38–40). Authority over demons is clearly the power of the Lord at work.
Growth in Christ
Those set free from Satan’s bondage need the hallmarks of growing in Christ: (1) a life born of the Spirit (John 3:5); (2) a life of love and unity (John 13:34); (3) a life of study (2 Tim. 3:16, 17); (4) a life of prayer (Eph. 6:18); (5) a life of fruit bearing (John 15:4); (6) a life of spiritual warfare (Eph. 6:12, 13); and (7) a life of worship, witness, and hope (Acts 2:42–47) This is why I let the Lord do the healing and Delivering.
